I understand that FAMILY FARMS INC. is NOT responsible for total or partial acts, occurrences, or elements of nature that can scare a horse, cause it to fall, or react in some other unsafe way. SOME EXAMPLES ARE: Thunder, lightning, rain, wind, wild and domestic animals, insects, reptiles, which may walk, run, or fly near or bite or sting a horse or person; and irregular footing on out-of-doors groomed or wild land which is subject to constant change in condition according to weather, temperature, and natural and man-made changes in landscape.

 

Family Farms is a part of agritourism activity. And as an agritourism operation under Florida law, an agritourism operator is not liable for injury, or death of, or damage or loss to, a participant in agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury, death, damage, or loss results from the inherent risks of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury; death, damage, or loss. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agitourism activity. I have inspected FAMILY FARMS facilities and am satisfied that all premise conditions are reasonably safe for rider’s intended purpose, usage, and presence upon THE Family Farms premises.

CORONAVIRUS PREVENTION UPDATE:

​

We can promise that our safety guidelines will exceed these standards to ensure a SAFE and FUN experience for our Campers. Here are a few details we’re able to share in the meantime:

​

1. We are significantly limiting our capacity, as well as group size and contact amongst groups. 10 Campers.

​

2. We will have dedicated cleaning and sanitizing staff and will ensure campers are protected while having an amazing summer outdoors of learning and fun.

​

3. Social Distancing- Campers are encouraged to be physically distant.

 

4. Before and during Farm Camp, we ask Campers and their families to keep their social bubbles small and interactions to a minimum to protect other Campers and our Counsellors. We know your child will have a wonderful experience this year at Family farms Kids Camp. And we're committed to making it as safe as it is fascinating I, THE UNDERSIGNED, HAVE READ AND DO UNDERSTAND THE FOREGOING AGREEMENTS, WARNINGS, RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
